(1)在任何有效科技措施已就某版權作品而應用的情況下，為任何規避業務的目的或在任何規避業務的過程中，提供任何有關服務; (2)在未獲版權作品的版權擁有人的特許下，管有該作品的侵犯版權複製品，以期令某人可為任何貿易或業務的目的或在任何貿易或業務的過程中，出售或出租該侵犯版權複製品; (3)在任何有效科技措施已就某版權作品而應用的情況下，管有有關器件，以期令某人可為任何貿易或業務的目的或在在何貿易或業務的過程中 , 出售或出租該有關器件
(1)Providing a relevant service for the purpose of or in the course of a circumvention business where an effective technological measure has been applied in relation to a copyright work; (2)Possessing an infringing copy of copyright work with a view to its being sold or let for hire by any person for the purpose of or in the course of any trade or business without the licence of the copyright owner of the work; (3)Possessing a relevant device with a view to its being sold or let for hire by any person for the purpose of or in the course of any trade or business where an effective technological measure has been applied in relation to a copyright work
