(1)Careless Driving; (2)Driving a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration in breath above the prescribed limit; (3)Using a Defective Vehicle (Visual display unit was installed in front of the driver seat and enable display of stored video images when the parking brake of the vehicle not applied (Internal stored video)); (4)Using a Defective Vehicle (Internal cord structure of the near side rear wheel tyre was exposed)
