(1)Selling goods to which a forged trade mark was applied; (2)Possession for sale or for any purpose of trade or manufacture goods to which a forged trade mark was applied; (3)Possession of goods to which Dutiable Commodities Ordinance applies; (4)Remaining in Hong Kong without the authority of the Director of Immigration after having landed unlawfully in Hong Kong; (5)Establishing or joining in any business while being a person who remains in Hong Kong without the authority of the Director of Immigation after having landed in Hong Kong unlawfully
