(1)在呼氣中的酒精濃度超過訂明限度的情況下駕駛汽車(第三級別); (2)使用一輛並非在良好及可使用狀態的車輛 - 在駕駛人座椅前, 安裝了一部當停泊制動器並非在運用時仍能夠顯示串流媒體平台的視象顯示器; (3)使用一輛並非在良好及可使用狀態的車輛 - 左右兩邊, 第1,2,3的窗玻璃和後窗玻璃上貼有有色薄膜減低了玻璃的透光度
(1)Driving a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration in breath above the prescribed limit (Tier III); (2)Using a vehicle which was not in good and serviceable condition - Failing to comply with visual display unit regulation (The visual display unit installed forward of the driver seat enables to display the streaming media service broadcast programme when the parking brake of the vehicle was not applied; (3)Using a vehicle which was not in good and serviceable condition - Both side no. 1,2,3 and rear window glass were attached with tinted films that decreased the ability of the glass to transmit light.
