任何人屬非註冊學校或非臨時註冊學校的擁有人或教員。; 凡犯了任何條例內的罪項的人是一間公司，一經證明罪行是得到公司董事或與公司管理有關的其他高級人員同意、縱容，或得到宣稱是以該董事或高級人員身分行事的人同意、縱容而犯的，則該董事或高級人員亦屬犯了該項罪行。
Any person who is an owner or a teacher in a school which is not registered or provisionally registered.; Where a person by whom an offence under any Ordinance has been committed is a company and it is proved that the offence was committed with the consent or connivance of a director or other officer concerned in the management of the company, or any person purporting to act as such director or officer, the director or other officer shall be guilty of the like offence.
