(1)明知而藉提供虛假陳述誤導警務人員; (2)沒有提供呼氣樣本以作檢查呼氣測試; (3)使用車輛而司機座位沒有良好及可使用的狀態的安全帶; (4)使用汽車在沒有在設計及構造上，令司機在控制該車輛時，無論何時均可完全看到汽車前面的道路和交通情況; (5)使用車輛而沒有在無論何時均保持於可供應用及良好狀態的合適器具以滅火用途
(1)Knowingly misleading a police officer by giving false statement; (2)Failing to provide specimen of breath for screening breath test; (3)Using a vehicle without good and serviceable seat belt for the driverˇs seat; (4)Using a motor vehicle not designed and constructed that the driver while controlling the vehicle can at all times have a full view of the road and traffic ahead of the vehicle; (5)Using a vehicle without a suitable apparatus for extinguishing fire which was maintained at all times in good and efficient working order
